My Why

I do this work because I know what it feels like to want more  and not be sure how to
get there. I’ve been in this industry for nearly 30 years. I’ve led top-performing offices, coached thousands of agents, trained teams across the country, and overseen more than 10,000 real estate transactions. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t for people who are trying to grow something real. Something sustainable. Something that actually feels aligned with their values. But what I’ve also seen and what I’ve personally experienced is how easy it is to get stuck in the grind. To feel overwhelmed, overworked, and out of sync with the reason you started in the first place. So many professionals I work with are doing everything “right,” yet they still feel behind, burned out, or like they’re building someone else’s version of success. That’s why I do what I do.


I created Levine Coaching Company to help real estate professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders get back in control of their time, their business, and their purpose. I coach people who are ready to stop operating in chaos and start growing with clarity. Whether you're an agent stuck at a plateau, a team leader trying to scale, or a business owner building something new, I help you shift from reactive to intentional. Coaching is just part of what I do. I also work with associations, boards, and volunteer-led organizations that are navigating
leadership transitions, communication breakdowns, and the pressure to do more with less. I’ve spent years serving in leadership roles myself including as 2025 Treasurer of Florida Realtors and I understand how critical it is for volunteer leaders and staff to
operate in alignment. Through trainings like ABR®, Core Law, Ethics, DISC, Robert’s Rules of Order, and John C. Maxwell leadership development, I help associations and teams strengthen communication, build trust, and lead together more effectively.
Everything I teach, I’ve lived. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of responsibility. To lead others while still figuring things out yourself. To wonder if there’s a better, simpler, more purposeful way to grow. I believe there is and my job is to help you find it. At the end of the day, I don’t just coach to help people grow their business. I coach to help people reconnect to their why. Because when you're clear on who you are, who you serve, and where you're going — everything changes.
